How do decision credits work?
Each report type consumes a fixed number of credits from your plan's pool. e.g. a Resume Match uses 1 credit, a Panel Interview uses 30. Deducted automatically per report generated.
What happens if I go over my included volume?
Overage is billed at the per-report rate card. There's no hard cutoff, usage continues and is invoiced at period end.
Can I subscribe to just one assessment type?
Yes. Monthly Add-On Packs (Phone, Voice, Avatar, Panel, or HR) are $1,000/month each, minimum 6-month term, no multi-module bundle required.
Can I build a fully custom package?
Yes. Combine per-report credits, Add-On Packs, or annual tiers in any mix. Enterprise supports fully custom credit allocations — talk to sales.
Should I choose monthly or annual billing?
Monthly billing (via Add-On Packs) carries a premium over annual rates and requires a 6-month minimum. Annual is the better default for predictable, ongoing volume.
What's included in every plan, regardless of tier?
All plans run the same 12-agent architecture (Smaya-orchestrated): Role, Match, Scan, Voice, Avatar, Code, Panel, HR, Rank, Verify, Buddy, and Rolefit. Tiers differ in volume and support, not capability.
How does the free trial work?
$1,000 in free credit for 14 days, no card required, annual sign-ups only. On upgrade, the same tenant converts directly. no re-onboarding, no data loss.
Is Exterview compliant for regulated industries?
Yes. DPDP and GDPR alignment is standard on all plans. Growth adds CCPA; Enterprise adds SOC 2, ISO 27001, and custom data residency for BFSI and Pharma.
